Better Ingredients, Better Pizza: How about a Better Apology?

Since the co-founder of Papa Johns, John Schnatter, was caught using a racial slur during a conference call, the company has yet suffered some downswings and setbacks. The Superbowl has dropped Papa John’s as their official pizza and baseball is also taking a step away from them. The company has since removed John’s face from the pizza boxes and marketing materials.

The CEO of Papa John’s, Steve Ritchie has since released an apology for John Schnatter’s behavior. In this apology release he is apologetic for the slur and states “those words in no way represent my views or the values of our company”. He also says the racism will not be tolerated in any degree. He also explains that Papa John’s is more than John Schnatter, and that is contains 120,000 other employees from all different backgrounds. Furthermore, Steve Ritchie Papa John’s goes on to explain three ways about how he will go about fixing the companies intolerance for discrimination. The first action he will execute is sending out auditors to monitor the diversity of the company. The second action is he will send a senior manager on the road to find out more from employees about their ideas for moving froward. And, thirdly, Steve states he will be “transparent” with everyone along the way. He shows later in the apology letter how much he wants to fix the problems and gain customer’s trust in the company again.

This apology come after Ritchie’s first open apology on the Papa’s John site. The first letter seemed to have not held out as well, as it lacked an apology and overall compassion. In hopes to redeem the company the second apology has hopes of succeeding as a true apology as it declares accountability, and direct ways of improving the company. Time will tell if the world will be taking this apology into consideration, or is the third time will be the charm. Know more about Ritchie’s promotion here.

Jeunesse Global continues winning over customers with Instantly Ageless

When serial entrepreneurs Randy Ray and Wendy Lewis founded Jeunesse Global back in 2009, they had no idea of the stratospheric heights to which their fledgling enterprise would soar. The couple had recently decided to retire, finally hanging it up after a career that had spanned decades. Responsible for founding over a dozen of the most successful businesses in the multi-level-marketing industry, Ray and Lewis wanted to take some time to enjoy the many fruits of their labor. They were looking forward to spending more time with each other and their ever-growing number of grandchildren.

However, it didn’t take long for Ray and Lewis to realize that they had committed to something for which they were not cut out. The industrious couple quickly began to feel a deep sense of nostalgia for the business world that they had left behind. With their days empty, Ray and Lewis started feeling the itch to get back into the swing of things. The couple began selling a few health and beauty products out of their Florida home as a way to pass the time. This was the beginning of the company that would eventually come to be known as Jeunesse Global.

From the beginning, Ray and Lewis were highly adept at spotting underserved market niches and devising products that expertly exploited those opportunities. And this uncanny ability to give the health and beauty market what it wants continues to the present.

One example of the kind of innovative and effective products that Jeunesse Global offers is its Instantly Ageless micro-crème and facial cleanser. Instantly Ageless is a top-ranked facial wash, able to penetrate deep into the skin’s pores and remove grime and dirt that are the cause of many unsightly blemishes.

But it is in the area of anti-aging effects that Instantly Ageless really shows its value. Made with the company’s secret APT-200 molecule, Instantly Ageless is able to reduce a user’s apparent age by as much as a decade. And it can do this in just a couple of minutes of the user’s time per day.
